Booking Policy
We understand that life happens, sickness, work commitments and needing to reschedule is a fact of life. It is not a problem if you need to move or change your appointment if this is within our 24hr notice period.
This is what you need to know-
- No changes/rescheduling within 24 hours of reserved appointment time
- Membership booking fees are considered as included in the weekly payment plan. However, a booking fee will be required for a missed booking or late cancellation.
- We will accept one change to your booking as included with your booking fee.
- If there are continuous no shows/late cancellations we reserve the right to cancel the membership.
- For membership cancellations, all treatments performed will need to be paid for in full before cancellation.
- If membership cancellation occurs before the membership is completed, the direct debit payments will be continued until the full value of each treatment received have been paid for.
Results you achieve from your membership will vary from person to person, we can not guarantee results. Results hugely rely on our recommended skincare, supplement use and lifestyle. We do not offer money back guarantee.
Appointments can not be transferred to another person.
